About Julia
Hey there! Thank you for taking the time to visit Skin RN!
My name is Julia Hevle and I am the creator of Skin RN. I'm a silly, outgoing mom, wife, esthetician, RN who is passionate about health, beauty and making others feel good in their own skin!
As a young girl, I was plagued with cystic acne that made me very insecure. In my early twenties, a medical esthetician took me under her wing. It took about two years, but she cleared my skin and I found confidence in myself for the first time. Right then and there, I knew this was something I wanted to do for others.
After becoming a licensed esthetician in 2005, I enrolled in nursing school solely to improve my craft. In 2008, I earned my RN and worked in dermatology and skin cancer clinics until I had my son in 2012.
After taking a year off to be a Mom, I opened Skin RN. I'm proud to say that I've been able to help hundreds of people over the last ten years and I look forward to continuing on this path for many years to come.
When I'm not working, I'm usually spending time with my family and friends. My family and I keep ourselves busy with traveling, concerts, my sons basketball games, and regular events with our friends. Because we are always doing something , I promise I will always have an entertaining story when I see you!

About Ashlee
In 2006, Ashlee Matson graduated from Glen Dow Academy in Spokane, Washington. Shortly after, she moved to Henderson, Nevada to be near her family and to establish her aesthetics career.
Ashlee has successfully owned and operated her small business since 2010 along with broadening her experience in medical aesthetics since 2014. She prides herself on being a perfectionist with patient safety and satisfaction being paramount. Ashlee has a passion for patient education, caring for others, and helping people look and feel their best!
In August 2018, she continued her education directed toward nursing at Nevada State College. Recently, in October 2021, Ashlee teamed up with Skin RN med spa in Las Vegas as a Laser Technician and Advanced Aesthetician. In May 2022, Ashlee also became a Clinical Trainer for the aesthetic industry's leading laser device company, Cutera.
When Ashlee is not caring for patients, you can find her getting a workout in, spending time with family, and cooking her next recipe!
